Getting rid of acne is one thing, but one of the problems you might have one spot you have all cleaned up is that you may go with scars and pockmarks. Of course you’ll want to avoid these injuries stay with you for life, so there is something you can do to remove them?
Visits to the doctor?
First of all, you need to ask yourself honestly how bad is actually pockmarking. If the situation is very bad, it will be the best advice to visiting your doctor, who will be able to provide a more detailed diagnosis and make judgments about whether you should be referred for laser treatment. Laser can be very effective in removing acne scars, but not for everyone, so see what your doctor say about your condition.
Natural and home remedies
There are several home remedies that are considered quite effective in removing acne scars.
First and foremost, make a point to drink lots of water!. Can not emphasize enough the importance of water for skin regeneration and revitalization. There is no more effective way to hydrate skin naturally than by drinking lots of water.
Diet plays a far more important fact in rejuvenating your skin than you might realize. Eat lots of fruits, vegetables and green salad can really help them to heal wounds. Especially citrus fruits like oranges, grapes and lemon juice and lime.
Other natural remedies
There are a variety of natural healing oils you can try (provided you do not suffer from too oily or oily skin), including olive oil, rosehip seed oil and lavender oil. This is a natural moisturizer that can help wounds to eventually become less prominent. Collagen cream is also effective.
Otherwise you can try is a combination of honey, aloe vera, sandalwood and rose water. And this may sound very attractive, but if you make a mask of yogurt, sour cream and oatmeal and apply on a regular basis, you may be surprised at the results.
Ice packs

As mentioned earlier, if the scar tissue really bad, then the best thing to do is to visit your doctor. But if not, then one or more of the above solutions have to be really helpful.
